Where we can, we provide our advice, management, and counselling on the basis of all-inclusive fixed price costs. Alternatively before starting work we provide reliable reasonable fee estimates. In all situations we understand that your money has been hard-earned. It needs to deliver you the best return on your investment.

Fixed Costs - Residential Conveyancing

We offer to do all our residential conveyancing work on an all inclusive fixed fee basis. These costs are all inclusive (GST and disbursements).

Residential Sale - $1,950.00
Residential Purchase (no Council LIM Report) - $2,690.00
Residential Purchase (including Council LIM Report) - $2,890.00
Refinancing - Residential (discharge of mortgage, new mortgage, including equity release mortgages) - $1,390.00
Auction Pack Review - $550.00
Private Sale Marketing Pack - $750.00
Drafting Private Sale Agreement (as part of marketing pack for Vendor) - $175.00

Fees charged for non-fixed fee work in all circumstances are set by applying the reasonable fee factors contained in Rule 9.1 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act (Lawyers: Conduct and Client Care) Rules 2008.
